Description

Cutting fluids play a vital role in accelerating the production rate by enabling increased rates of metal removal, and by reducing or eliminating problems associated with severe and hazardous machine operations. Meta Max oil gives milky white emulsion with antibacterial chemicals, coupling agents and additives controlling rust and corrosion. Meta Max is suitable for all metals and machinery operations where emulsifying oils are generally used for cooling. It is also recommended in turning, drilling, grinding, boring and milling operations. For stable emulsion, oil should always be added to water and not vice versa, with continuous stirring. Mostly a 5% ratio is used. Protection from rust and corrosion, does not contain ingredients harmful to operation.
